Can I request a song takedown?

Except for license expiration or copyright conflict, we do not accept takedown requests for other reasons. Also, all takedowns are processed by album; individual singles cannot be taken down separately.

Why would music be taken down by the platform?

• Contains Sensitive Content: Includes any political, religious, obscene, violent, drug/gambling-related information, or other vulgar, harmful, illegal content violating public order and morals.

Is it feasible to take down songs for personal reasons?

All takedowns are processed by album; individual singles cannot be taken down separately. Except for license expiration or copyright conflict, we do not accept takedown requests for other reasons. If there are audio issues or song information needs modification, please contact the platform via support@aimissue.com.

When will revenue generated after takedown be received?

Musicians can apply for revenue withdrawal at any time; the withdrawal process is not affected by takedowns. For details, see: Help Center - Musician Revenue.

Can I renew the contract after it expires? How to terminate if I don't want to renew?

Hello, musician. After the music expires, if you want to renew, we will automatically renew the contract without signing a new agreement. If you do not intend to renew, please contact our legal team to terminate the licensing contract.
